Green Bay 34 (-5) DETROIT 24: James Starks is active, but still not a terribly exciting play even though this figures to be a high-scoring game. No touchdowns since the season opener, no more than 13 carries in any game and the Pack looove giving just everyone else but Starks goal line totes...Packers D allowing 4th most points to fantasy tight ends, making Brandon Pettigrew a solid low-end TE1 option...If you need him, start Kevin Smith, but I will be curious to see how his body holds up playing two games in five days after sitting out all season.

Miami 24 (+7) DALLAS 23: Both teams enter with 3-game winning streak, though the wins have not come against the NFL's elite. The Dolphins defense has been stellar in that stretch and something tells me they keep it going, at least slowing the Cowboys up just enough...Brandon Marshall's final stat line: 8-147-1...You start DeMarco Murray, but considering the Dolphins D allows the second fewest fantasy points to running backs, don't feel nervous about sitting him if you have two other stud options.

BALTIMORE 20 San Francisco 17 (+3.5): Defenses should rule the day, errr, the evening, but you still use Rice, Gore...Boldin, Crabtree and Torrey Smith all are worthy WR3 plays and potentially sneaky WR2 calls in both PPR (Boldin, Crabtree) and yardage bonus (Smith) leagues...Vernon Davis, not as interesting, Based on the position you likely start him, but if you have a Kellen Winslow with a nice matchup, you can got that way.

ATLANTA 23 Tennessee 20 (+6.5): Chris Johnson finally produced like CJ2K, but the Falcons run D substantially better than the Panthers. If Johnson does it again, his owners will be loving life the rest of the way...Harry Douglas has a chance as a WR3 without Julio Jones, but this could be a day where 2010 Roddy White emerges.

MIAMI 24 (-3) Buffalo 20: Suggesting the Dolphins have the better fantasy QB in this matchup a few weeks back would have been crazy. Not anymore.

BALTIMORE 24 (-6.5) Cincinnati 17: Don't care much for either running game in this one, but at least Ray Rice is a threat in the passing game. Have even less interest in using tight ends Jermaine Gresham or Ed Dickson. No A.J. Green takes away Andy Dalton's best threat and late game go-to. Likely the difference.

CLEVELAND 20 (-1) Jacksonville 17: MJD, maybe Greg Little as a WR3, both defenses for sure. That's it, that's the list of viable fantasy plays this week.

MINNESOTA 27 (-1) Oakland 24: Yes, I'm buying into the Raiders passing attack and Michael Bush will have another strong game, but this feels like a spot where the Vikings can pick off a win.

DETROIT 28 Carolina 22 (+7): This game should be high scoring, but would like to see Lions find offensive balance and get receiving targets not named Calvin Johnson involved. I'm not bailing on Stafford, but since I have him paired with Eli Manning in multiple leagues, I am going with the Lions passer where I need upside, the Giants QB where I need safe points.

GREEN BAY 38 (-14) Tampa Bay 17: Bucs D allowing most points to fantasy runners this season, so James Starks is poised for a rare truly productive game. Only because this game should become a rout sooner than later does Josh Freeman have low-end QB1 or more likely high-end QB2 value.

Dallas 26 (-7) WASHINGTON 17: Only Redskin I would ponder using this week is tight end Fred Davis' Cowboys did a solid job against him in the first meeting, but overall have struggling covering the tight end. On the flip side, all Cowboys including Laurent Robinson are good to go...if you have been debating using your open roster spot to add Tashard Choice, now is the time.

SAN FRANCISCO 24 Arizona 14 (+10.5): Niners grind it out style gives Cards chance for backdoor cover. Michael Crabtree poised for most productive outing of the season while Frank Gore is destined to frustrate owners. Sit him, especially on the heels of his nothing of a week 10, and he pounds the Cards soft run D. Start him despite his questionable injury report tag and another minimal outing transpires. If you have another top 15-18 back like Brandon Jacobs, Reggie Bush or maybe even Marshawn Lynch, I'd sit. Otherwise, roll the dice.

Seattle 20 (+3) ST. LOUIS 17: Only unit in this game I trust even slightly, the Seahawks defense, hence the "upset" pick.

CHICAGO 27 (-3.5) San Diego 21: The Chargers defense is slipping; the Bears O is on the rise. You do the math. Hard to believe I'd say this, but if forced to pick gimme Cutler over Rivers...And yes, Vincent Brown looks intriguing. WR3 with upside if needed.

NY GIANTS 28 (-5.5) Philadelphia 20: No Vick, No Maclin equals lots of McCoy, more Avant and Celek, but ultimately a Giants win. Brandon Jacobs is arguably a RB1 this week... Lawrence Tynes should be a fantasy kicker and for those looking for bye week help he appeared to be the most attractive. The numbers suggest it won't happen, but the Giants offense moves the ball, so...

NEW ENGLAND 34 (-14.5) Kansas City 10: Tyler Pafko has a tremendous matchup for his debut. Too bad he is ill equipped to do anything about it. Dwayne Bowe will need to be at his jump-ball best to haul in enough passes...Grabbed Pats defense in four of my six leagues this week, not just for this game but several other bunnies down the stretch.
