Carson Palmer sat out the Bengals' Week 4 loss to the Browns with an inflamed elbow and there is some belief that the injury could be worse than first reported. Palmer said this week that he expects to play against the Cowboys in Week 5, but fantasy owners should not count on that happening. Ryan Fitzpatrick likely will make his second straight start, but he should not start for your fantasy team. Palmer fantasy owners should probably look for another option regardless this week in case he is another late scratch.
