Broncos' Marshall facing new criminal charges
Brandon Marshall
is facing new criminal charges, this time coming from the solicitor's office in Fulton County, Georgia. Misdemeanor battery charges were filed earlier this month against Marshall, stemming from an "alleged incident" on March 4 in Atlanta. Marshall, who had his multiple game suspension reduced to one by the NFL, "cut a deal on DUI charges with the Denver District Attorney's office," according to Complete Colorado.com.
No court date has been set, though the Broncos play in Atlanta in November. It is unclear whether the NFL factored in these charges when they reduced the star receiver's suspension.
