New York Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham returned to practice on Wednesday after being cleared to participate earlier in the day. Manningham was a limited participant and is still considered uncertain to play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Manningham suffered a concussion in week two against the St. Louis Rams and missed last week's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. But barring a return of concussion symptoms late in the week, Manningham is expected to to be active in week four.

The player most negatively affected by this news is likely Victor Cruz , who had a breakout game on Sunday and was a pretty hot pickup in leagues.
