Colts QB Kerry Collins concussed, Indy signs another QB

Indianapolis Colts QB Kerry Collins was evaluated for a potential concussion following the team's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Backup QB Curtis Painter filled in for Collins at the start of the fourth quarter. He led the team to a game-tying drive before the Steelers won the game late on a field goal. Indy has re-signed preseason QB Dan Orlovsky.

Fantasy Analysis:

Many media outlets were reporting the Colts were intentionally vague and non-specific regarding the details of Collins' injury. It came out later than usual that Collins had been evaluated for a concussion. With that said, this offense showed some signs of life with both Collins and Painter. The team doesn't yet have a full-blown quarterback controversy but the early signs might be there, especially if Collins can't play this week.
