Raiders RB Darren McFadden is 'fine'
Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden
was unable to finish Sunday's game against the New York Jets because of a groin injury. But no worries; it doesn't seem like it will keep him from playing at full speed next Sunday against the New England Patriots.
"No, I think he'll be fine," head coach Hue Jackson said of McFadden. "I really do. [The groin] tightened up on him moreso than anything. I'm going to be very cautious with him to make sure he's OK, but he'll be fine."
Despite not being on the field for the end, McFadden turned in an awesome fantasy line: 20 touches, 178 total yards and two touchdowns.
Fantasy Analysis:
The words "very cautious" will give some McFadden owners slight anxiety, but he should be fine. And no matter whom McFadden is facing, he's about as must-start as they come. Even with Michael Bush
vulturing some touchdowns, McFadden may very well be the best running back in fantasy right now.
