Texans' Arian Foster practices Wednesday

As Matt De Lima wrote about here yesterday, the Houston Texans aren't going to let Arian Foster @ArianFoster play this weekend if he can't practice during the week. It's only Wednesday, and Foster has put that concern to bed. Foster practiced today for the first time since straining his hamstring a few weeks ago and according to head coach Gary Kubiak, he took on the normal amount of reps for any starting back.
"It's about him getting his confidence back and just cutting it loose," Kubiak said of Foster to the Houston Chronicle. "I told him to be smart today, but he's on top of his stuff. Had he not been out for a few weeks, I wouldn't have known. Hopefully, (Foster) wakes up tomorrow and he (feels) good coming out of it."
Meanwhile, Derrick Ward @DerrickWard32 didn't practice today because of a sprained ankle.

Fantasy Analysis:

Even if Foster plays, Ben Tate @BenTateRB figures to have a decent workload during Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. If Foster can't give it a go, Tate becomes an RB2 this week. However, it's looking good for Arian right now. We'll check back in on him later this week. If he is active on Sunday, I don't see how you can put him on your bench unless you are loaded at RB. Yeah, he's got a nagging hamstring, and Tate is around to steal some carries, but the upside remains pretty substantial.
