Lions say WR Titus Young didn't hurt hamstring Monday

The Lions are one of the most surreptitious teams in the NFL when it comes to disclosing injuries. Either they are doing the same with wide receiver Titus Young @TitusYoung or some people on the scene Monday were led to incorrect conclusions.
Despite earlier reports to the contrary, Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said after Monday's practice that Young did not injure his hamstring; he just departed practice after taking a lot of reps.
"It was a late practice (Sunday) and he took 24 reps," Schwartz said of Young. "He took 34 reps today. Every time, as soon as he's done, we're going to ice it. I think he's OK.
"We are going to do a little more each day and hopefully we get past the point of counting his reps and pulling him out.

Fantasy Analysis:

Earlier reports stated that Young seemed to pull up lame during Monday's practice and was obviously limping. Whatever the case, I'm done with Titus Young for the time being. I'll consider him a free-agent possibility in fantasy leagues if his legs hold up. He's still just the Lions' No. 3 WR at best right now.
