Texans get Arian Foster back at practice

The Houston Texans now have one healthy running back at practice, and it's the one who's most important to the team's success. Arian Foster @ArianFoster practiced Wednesday after missing the past two weeks with a hamstring injury.
"I thought he looked good," head coach Gary Kubiak said of Foster in comments distributed by the team. "We told him to be smart when he came out here today. It looked like he was fine, so hopefully every day's a progression and we work towards Saturday night. It's a good step in the right direction."
Foster said he feels "pretty much 100 percent" but was unsure if he would play in the team's preseason game Saturday. When asked how many reps he'll need to get ready for the season, Foster said, "62. It's a science, man. It's a science."

Fantasy Analysis:

Meanwhile, Ben Tate @BenTateRB is frustrating coaches with a slow recovery from his own hamstring injury. The same thing is bothering Steve Slaton @Steve23Slaton, and Derrick Ward @DerrickWard32 is trying to get over a concussion. But all of those guys are fighting for scrap touches. Foster remains one of the top three picks in all drafts.
