Raiders' McFadden and Seymour questionable for season finale
Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden
and defensive tackle Richard Seymour are listed as questionable for Sunday's season finale against the Kansas City Chiefs. McFadden is still recovering from a turf toe injury while Seymour is dealing with a hamstring injury. Neither player practiced on Friday and head coach Tom Cable said they will be game-time decisions. McFadden insisted that he will play when asked two days ago. "It might be a game time decision," Cable said. "He's feeling much better, so we're not trying to chance it right now and see what he can do tomorrow."
Fantasy Analysis:
For those who have McFadden, just be sure to double check the news before the game starts. McFadden and the Raiders have had an improved season. If they win, they'll have a .500 record, making 2010 their winningest season since 2002. Lost in the shuffle is the presence of Seymour who has drastically improved Oakland's rush defense. In years past, Oakland would give up a ton of yards on the ground but with the acquisition of Seymour, that has changed. The Raiders need to continue their improvement but considering how competitive the AFC West division, this is a good sign moving forward.
