Bengals' Ochocinco has left foot X-rayed

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco had X-rays taken on his left foot. "My left foot is totally jacked up, not sure why but bad enough to need X-Rays, im nervous as hell," Ochocinco tweeted. He was limited in practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury. After an improved 2009 season, Ochocinco's numbers have dropped again. He has 65 receptions for 795 yards and four touchdowns. Teammate Terrell Owens @terrellowens has had an improved year, at Ochocinco's expense. The Bengals are 2-11 this season and have not won since Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, the league's worst team (by record).

Fantasy Analysis:

Not much has gone right for Cincinnati this season. The 2009 season was a major improvement for the franchise but things have fallen apart again for Cincy. As for Ochocinco, there are a number of issues: his age, Carson Palmer's declining play, Terrell Owens' emergence, stagnant run game, mediocre defense, etc. For those few still clinging to Ochocinco, it's definitely time to move on. Granted, his career isn't over but a change a scenery may be best for 2011. At this time of year, fantasy owners need big production and that is very unlikely to happen all of a sudden for Ochocinco.
