Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger sports walking boot, expected to play Sunday

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was restricted in his movements Tuesday, but the plan is for him to be moving all around to avoid the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night. Roethlisberger wore a protective boot on his sprained right foot at the Steelers' facility Tuesday. Head coach Mike Tomlin said he expects him to play this week, but he doesn't know when or if he'll practice. Tomlin was non-committal regarding Roethlisberger being available to practice Wednesday. "He might be limited somewhat," Tomlin said. "I'm going to be optimistic and hopeful that he'll be a full participant, but there's a chance he couldn't be." Roethlisberger suffered the injury late in the first half of Sunday's overtime win against the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Analysis:

Obviously, Byron Leftwich would be a major downgrade, but that's not going to happen and I'm not to worried about Big Ben's foot. He'll play with the sprain and I don't think it will impact him much. He couldn't get much done against the Bills, but he threw six touchdowns in the previous two games. The Ravens' defense still pretty good, but the secondary is a weakness. I think Roethlisberger is a fine option this week. We'll update his the of his foot in das boot later this week.
