Panthers will be without Jonathan Stewart among others Sunday

With DeAngelo Williams out for the season, the Carolina Panthers have already ruled out their second- and third-string running backs, Jonathan Stewart @Jonathanstewar1 and Tyrell Sutton, for Sunday's game at Baltimore. Stewart has been out of action since suffering a concussion in week nine. As a result, Mike Goodson @GoodNplenty33 will get his second start in as many weeks. He ran for 100 yards on 23 carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week. The Panthers also said Jimmy Clausen @JimmyClausen will not play because of his own concussion. Brian St. Pierre, who was named the team's starter Thursday, will be backed up by rookie Tony Pike. This will be St. Pierre's first NFL start. He was drafted in 2003. Wide receiver Brandon LaFell and left guard Travelle Wharton are also listed as out.

Fantasy Analysis:

We've been planning for this scenario basically all week. Goodson is the only player here you should even have your eye on. He should get a full boat of carries against the Ravens' stout run defense. If you are desperate, I guess there are worse options available for your flex. But know that Josh Vaughan is Carolina's short-yardage back. Otherwise, this is a situation to completely avoid, unless you have the Ravens' defense. I know they have been underwhelming all season, but how can you NOT play that group this week? The home matchup is just too good.
