UPDATE: Bucs' Mike Williams arrested for DUI; Sunday status uncertain

UPDATE: ESPN's Adam Schefter and FOX's Adam Caplan are now reporting Mike Williams @Mikebuc19 certainly will play Sunday. Head coach Raheem Morris said Williams will be disciplined for the incident, but his role in the game will not change because of it. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams fell to the fourth round in April's draft because of character concerns. Yet, he has performed like a first-round talent and has stayed out of trouble this season. That is, until Friday morning when Williams was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Williams' two breath tests registered blood-alcohol levels that were less than the legal limit of .08. But according to reports, Williams failed a field sobriety test, had "glassy" eyes and was taken to the station to submit a urine test. ESPN's Adam Schefter tweeted that a team official told him Williams will travel with the Bucs and play Sunday in San Francisco. But shortly thereafter, Schefter tweeted that a different Bucs official said Williams WILL NOT play this week.

Fantasy Analysis:

This looks to be a game-time decision of a different breed, but we should find out today if Williams traveled with the team to San Fran. If he plays, you'll want him in your lineup. But if Williams doesn't play -- or is disciplined by the team for an unknown amount of game time, which would leaves his owners in a head-scratching spot -- that should mean more targets for Arrelious Benn @ArreliousBenn, Michael Spurlock and Kellen Winslow. However, it would cause me to downgrade quarterback Josh Freeman @JF5x in an otherwise friendly matchup.
