Jaguars' David Garrard expects to play Sunday

It was such a quick love affair. But it looks like our time with Todd Bouman is over for now. Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback David Garrard @davidgarrard9 still hasn't passed his post-concussion tests -- tests he failed on Friday -- but he expects to do so later today. The fog has cleared and Garrard said he feels "really good" after suffering a concussion in week six. "During the [Oct. 18 game], it was definitely foggy once it happened," Garrard said about his concussion. "It kind of rolled in. Once I got to the sideline, I knew something bad had happened ... . Everything really kind of faded away about Saturday, I really started feeling like my normal self on Saturday. Sunday, I felt pretty good. I got a little workout in in my neighborhood, and [Monday], I got another workout in, so I feel good." Bouman also suffered a finger injury during the Kansas City game and his status for this week's tilt against Dallas is uncertain.

Fantasy Analysis:

Maurice Jones-Drew @Jones_Drew32 was unable to find room to run with Bouman under center, but he was involved in the aerial attack more than any previous game this season. Maybe Garrard limits that aspect of his game going forward, but MJD should be able to run better with Garrard back. Garrard will certainly look for Mike Thomas @MikeThomasWR more often and against a reeling Cowboys defense, the matchup isn't too bad for Garrard, MJD, Thomas and Mike Sims-Walker @MikeSimsWalker.
