Cowboys' Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, Felix Jones all practice Wednesday
Until the day-to-day status of these guys changes, I'm going to keep grouping them together into one note because it seems like they all have the same or very similar chances of playing.
Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, running back Felix Jones
and Dez Bryant
were all present during Wednesday's practice. Romo and Bryant were limited participants while it sounds like Jones put in a full practice despite re-injuring his shoulder during Monday night's win over Washington. Romo is nursing a fractured rib while Bryant is still trying to get over a quad strain. But all three are expected to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Cowboys' offense will need to be firing on all cylinders -- or at least better than how they looked on Monday night. Now, wide receiver Miles Austin
won't play again this week, which puts a lot of stress on Bryant to step up. I think he and Romo are solid starts in 12-team leagues. I am a little more wary of Jones and his shoulder going up against the Lions' tough run defense, but he should be a big factor as a receiver. This is a game that should see both teams reach the 30s.
