Eagles' Michael Vick certain he'll play Sunday; WR Jeremy Maclin day to day

Broken hand, bruised hand, whatever. It doesn't seem to matter to Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick @MikeVick. He practiced Wednesday and while head coach Andy Reid said Vick's badly bruised right hand was "a little sore" after gripping the ball, Vick left no doubt that he'll be playing Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
"I think there's a 100 percent chance I'll be be out there on the field this week," Vick said before practice. "I just want to be there for my teammates and hold myself accountable for my responsibilities and what I have to do as a quarterback. So regardless of what I have to go through, I just want to be there.
"The good thing is I don't put the ball in my right hand and I'm predominantly left-handed when I'm running the ball. I just have to take care of the football and even if I have two hands that are 100 percent, I still can't turn the ball over."
in other Eagles injury news, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin @jmac_18 missed practice Wednesday because of a hamstring injury. Reid vaguely described him as being "day to day."

Fantasy Analysis:

Right now, Maclin is very questionable for this game. If he can't play, Jason Avant and Steve Smith @SteveSmithWR would see more playing time.
So, Vick is going to play against the 49ers. Certainly, the matchup is exploitable. But how much do you trust Vick? This is a guy who has been hurt in each of the past two games and couldn't finish either one. His style of play puts him at a high risk of re-injury. And even when he's been on the field, his numbers have been relatively pedestrian. He's had more turnovers than touchdowns this season, and his rushing yards have fallen off. Is he still a top-10 fantasy QB? I think so. But it's not as clear as it used to be. I wouldn't have much of a problem if you played it safe and benched him in favor of someone such as Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Ryan or Eli Manning this week.
