UPDATE: Texans' Arian Foster practices Wednesday, expected to start

Hey, no setbacks yet for Houston Texans running back Arian Foster @ArianFoster, and that's a win. He participated in Wednesday's practice and made it out no worse for wear. So he is still expected to play and start this Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ben Tate @BenTateRB will play the role of backup.
"He's fine," head coach Gary Kubiak said of Foster on Wednesday. "He should be OK heading to the rest of the season now, hopefully."

-------

Update: Kubiak also said what most should have expected: Foster won't get a full complement of carries this week. "It doesn't go from nothing to everything. ... We've got to bring him along the right way."

Fantasy Analysis:

The Steelers have been uncharacteristically soft against the run this year. Ray Rice ripped right through them in week one. After stopping Marshawn Lynch in week two -- not a huge accomplishment -- Joseph Addai averaged more than five yards per carry and put up 14 fantasy points against Pittsburgh. Tate will definitely get some work, but it sure seems like Foster will handle the majority of the carries in week four as long as he doesn't re-injure his hamstring yet again. He's an RB2 for this week.
