Seahawks add Robinson, Colbert to decimated receiving corps
After a host of injuries knocked six receivers out of action, the Seahawks reacquired Koren Robinson and traded a late round draft pick to the Broncos for Kerry Colbert.
Robinson, a former first-round pick who ran into off-field troubles in his first go-round with the Seahawks, played with the Packers last season and could have an immediate, albeit short term, impact in the passing attack. He is already listed at the top of the depth chart and is expected to start opposite Courtney Taylor. Robinson is worth a shot for those in need of WR depth, though he likely will lose time when Deion Branch and Bobby Engram return from injuries.
Colbert, who fell behind Eddie Royal and Darrell Jackson on the Broncos depth chart, is likely to play in 3-4 receiver sets and has minimal fantasy value.
