Eagles' Michael Vick takes some snaps during Wednesday's walkthrough

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick @MikeVick hasn't yet been medically cleared to play in Sunday's game against the New York Giants. But there were signs today that he will be out on the field this weekend. Vick has been cleared for "activity" and took some snaps during the team's walkthrough Wednesday. However, backup quarterback Mike Kafka @mikekafka3 took the majority of them. Vick is also able to lift weights. The Eagles will continue to test and monitor him and he sustained a concussion during Sunday night's loss to Atlanta.

Fantasy Analysis:

It's a touch-and-go situation with Vick because while he may look good today, he may have some concussion symptoms tomorrow that set him back. The team is taking it day by day, but if Vick continues on his current track, he could see an independent neurologist in a couple of days and be fully cleared in time for the game. If he plays, you know you're starting him. Vince Young @VinceYoung is still out because of a hamstring problem, so Kafka would be Vick's backup.
