The New Orleans Saints have already ruled wide receiver Lance Moore out for Thursday's game against the Green Bay Packers. Moore didn't practice on Monday or Tuesday because of a lingering groin injury, and the team decided to not even test him on game day.

Fantasy Analysis:

Moore must have suffered a setback at some point. He didn't play in the team's final two preseason games, but he practiced last Wednesday, and everyone got the inclination that he would be all systems go for the Kickoff Game. Alas, the Saints will have to move on without him. I don't think it impacts Drew Brees much; he still has plenty of outlets to use. This means more looks for wide receivers Marques Colston , Robert Meachem, Devery Henderson and tight end Jimmy Graham . I like Graham especially because he'll assume some of the shorter routes that are Moore's forte.
