Browns' WR Mohamed Massaquoi returns to practice
After missing the first month of training camp due to a bone chip in his left foot, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi
was welcomed back to practice by his teammates Sunday.
"I'm excited to be back out here with the guys," Massaquoi told the Chronicle-Telegram. "Wish I could've started a little bit earlier, but now I'm playing a little catch-up to make sure I get in shape and do the things that I need to do to be ready."
Massaquoi suffered the injury during a players-organized workout in early July, and he hasn't seen any type of football action since Browns camp opened July 30. Massaquoi isn't expected to play in Thursday's preseason finale versus Chicago, but hopes to be available against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sept. 11.
Fantasy Analysis:
Massaquoi is someone to watch as a free-agent pickup during the season. He doesn't have a ton of upside, but he is expected to be the Browns' No. 1 WR. Considering how well Colt McCoy
has looked for most of the preseason, it's worth keeping an eye on on well those two connect.
