Raiders RB Michael Bush signs tender, reports to camp

Oakland Raiders running back Michael Bush @michaelbush29 is finally in training camp. He joined his teammates for the first time Saturday. it is presumed that he signed his first-round tender offer worth $2.6 million since there are no reports stating that Bush and the team have agreed to a long-term contract. According to ESPN's John Clayton, Bush was the last unsigned restricted free agent. Last season, Bush ran for 655 yards on 158 carries and scored eight touchdowns.

Fantasy Analysis:

Bush will now get the reps that Darren McFadden @dmcfadden20 is currently missing out on due to a fractured orbital bone. Bush was one of the better backup RBs in the league last season. McFadden got the majority of the carries, but in the three games that he sat out, Bush averaged 122 yards from scrimmage. He gets only 7-10 touches per game when McFadden is around, but he can be a nice bye-week fill-in given the right matchup and is a must-own for all D-Mac owners.
