Without Mathis and Brock, the Colts' top active pass rusher and run stopper respectively, they will take on the Texans' running game with a host of backup defensive lineman. The Colts' offense will continue to make due without Harrison, but rookie Anthony Gonzalez has been a more than viable target. Other starters should play the bulk of the game, but could be rested if the Colts pull ahead in the second half.
