Packers' Driver okay to practice

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver @Donald_Driver80 suffered a minor bruised knee injury late in their Wild Card playoff win against the Philadelphia Eagles. On Monday, head coach Mike McCarthy stated that the injury should not keep Driver out of practice during the week leading up to the Packers second round game against the Atlanta Falcons. Driver had five receptions for 56 yards against Philadelphia. He was the only Green Bay wide receiver to have more than one reception as quarterback Aaron Rodgers @AaronRodgers12 spread the ball all over the field. The last time Green Bay was in the Divisional round of the playoffs, the year was 2007, and the game was against the Seattle Seahawks. Green Bay eventually lost in the NFC Championship game to the New York Giants, who then went on to win the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots.

Fantasy Analysis:

For a team that has battled injuries all year, the Packers are relatively healthy heading into their game against Atlanta. Driver played well, but what is most important is that receivers Greg Jennings @GregJennings and James Jones step up. Jones dropped a huge reception that could've been a touchdown this past weekend. Green Bay's offense really stepped up to the plate against an aggressive Eagles' defense. Rodgers picked his spots against Philly by completing 18 of 27 for 180 yards and three touchdowns. He'll need to do more of the same against Atlanta. Driver's health won't make or break this game but in the playoffs, it obviously helps to have your best players on the field.
