Vikings' Brett Favre fails another concussion test

Brett Favre's career is coming to an end this weekend. The only question is if it will conclude with him in uniform or street clothes. Right now, the latter is more likely. Minnesota Vikings interim head coach Leslie Frazier told reporters Thursday that Favre has yet to pass a concussion test. He could be tested again today or Friday; Frazier said the latest Favre would be tested is Saturday. Favre suffered a concussion against the Chicago Bears in week 15. He missed Tuesday's game at Philadelphia after he couldn't pass his tests last week. He then failed another test Wednesday night. Frazier has held firm to his statement that if Favre is cleared to play and healthy enough to start, he will do so, not Joe Webb @JoeWebb_14. The Vikings will close their 2010 season with a visit to the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Analysis:

As much as I can't stand all of the Brett Favre madness -- the injuries, the streak, the flip-flop retirements, the cell phone photos -- it just wouldn't be right for him to end his NFL life as an inactive. I hope he gets to play one final game, but he must pass these baseline neurological exams first. You know to avoid him for fantasy purposes. Adrian Peterson and Percy Harvin continue to be the only Vikings who should be considered for your lineups.
