UPDATE: Vikings' Adrian Peterson probable; Percy Harvin questionable

Update: Actually, it's more of a correction. The Vikings have listed Adrian Peterson @AdrianPeterson as probable on their official injury report. As expected, Adrian Peterson returned to Vikings practice Friday. Percy Harvin @Percy_Harvin, on the other hand, was absent for the second consecutive day. One thing the two players do have in common? They are both listed as questionable on the team's official injury report. Peterson, who sprained his right ankle Sunday, rested during Wednesday's and Thursday's practice. Interim head coach Leslie Frazier said "there's a probability that [Peterson] will be able to play" this week against the Buffalo Bills. While Frazier said he was pleased with what he saw from Peterson, he hinted that his playing status will come down to a game-time decision. "We're going [to] take him out on Sunday morning, just to see how he moves around, make sure he's confident in what he has to do to play in the game," Frazier told the Minneapolis Star Tribune. "He did a much better job than we thought he would today, so we're optimistic." Frazier said Peterson would start if he's able to play and that his workload will depend on how he feels during the game. Harvin spent his Friday in a doctor's office instead of practicing. He is struggling with more migraine headaches and Frazier said he will also be a game-time decision. "We just have to continue to deal with it and hopefully manage it as we go forward," Frazier said.

Fantasy Analysis:

It sounds like Peterson will be good to go. That may be a bit presumptuous, but I think he starts and plays well against the Bills. Sorry, Toby Gerhart owners. Yesterday, I said Harvin is not an easy fantasy play even if he's active against the Bills. Check out his status on Sunday morning, but I would try to find a replacement. He just hasn't been getting it done in the past few games.
