Ferguson has seen his stock drop considerably in recent months. Concerns about his pass-rushing limitations may restrict his playing time.

Ferguson is at his best when he can occupy space and hold ground. By occupying lanes, he disrupts the game. Could be a little more consistent with his pad level and not bending at the waist. Needs to stay low with better knee bend. Average strength. Really big hands.

Inadequate burst off the line. Decent feel for the snap. Average lateral quickness. Doesn't really have any good pass-rush moves. Depends on bull-rush and crashing the pocket with limited effectiveness. Needs a lot of coaching up to clean up false steps and wasted energy in this department.

Doesn't properly utilize his size. Needs to play big and lean on guys. Above-average motor. Good awareness on when to disengage. Takes good angles against the run. Decent endurance late in games.
