WR Legedu Naanee, ---

Legedu Naanee is a third option right now behind Gates and Floyd. What makes him fantasy-relevant is the fact that he's playing for the league's top passing offense. Rivers does a good job spreading the ball around, and that means there will be occasional lean days for Naanee. With games against Arizona, Oakland and St. Louis over the next three weeks, you should also anticipate some days of fat fantasy production.
WR Kevin Walter, ---

Walter has scored touchdowns in three consecutive games and could see a significant increase in targets this week with Andre Johnson ailing. If Johnson plays -- not a certainty at this point -- he won't be 100 per cent. What's more, he'll be blanketed by Nnamdi Asomugha. Look for both Walter and Jacoby Jones to carry the receiving load against the Raiders this weekend.
TE Jeremy Shockey, ---

Though he's been in the league for nine years, Shockey's never played a full 16-game season. If that why he's so frequently overlooked in fantasy ball? Probably not. It's probably because most of us think Shockey's a jackass. Still, in this (imaginary) business we gauge talent, ability and production -- not personality. You might not like this guy, but he's a steady presence and a big part of the Saints' passing attack. He's also looking down an enviable four-week stretch against some of the league's more questionable defenses (Carolina, Arizona, Tampa Bay and Cleveland).
PK Matt Bryant, ---

By knocking off the Saints last Sunday, the Falcons put the league on notice: right now, they're fielding the most exciting Atlanta team since the departure of Michael Vick and the best Atlanta team since the NFC Championship-winning 1998 Falcons. This is a balanced squad that scores plenty of touchdowns, but isn't afraid to settle for field goals because they know they can trust their defense to hold a lead. Matt Bryant finds himself in a great situation. He may not be the league's most accurate kicker, but he should make up in quantity what he lacks in quality.
Indianapolis

Jacksonville's offense is virtually non-existent. Only two teams have gained fewer yards; only two teams have scored fewer points; only two teams have given up more sacks. The usually cautious David Garrard has been picked off five times already, there are no viable receiving threats on the roster and even Maurice Jones-Drew has struggled -- averaging fewer than four yards per carry. The Colts love playing at home under the dome, but they won't mind taking to the road against the toothless Jaguars. If you need a replacement for your Minnesota team defense, look no further than Indianapolis in week 4.
