Week 11: Pickups of the Week
TE Dustin Keller, ---

With 14 catches in the last two games, Keller is in the process of breaking out of his slump. It was just a matter of time -- in fact, Keller amped up his play last November, too, with six or more catches in each of the four games he played. The winter weather obviously agrees with him. The Jets play three in a row in cold locales this month: in New England next week, back home against the Panthers and then in Buffalo. With wind and weather potentially limiting the playbook, Mark Sanchez and the Jets would do well to continue leaning on Keller. Keller's improved play lately is a sign of things to come; you can expect him to make big strides over the latter half of the season.
Cincinnati

Twenty-five team sacks, 11 interceptions, second fewest points allowed... this Cincinnati defense is for real. Credit the front office as much as the coaching and players. Piece by piece, they've put together a defense that can match up with the best in the league. The Bengals have hit the draft jackpot with starters and impact players over the last few years: Rey Maualuga and Michael Johnson this spring, Keith Rivers in 2008, Leon Hall and Chinedum Ndukwe in 2007, Domato Peko and Johnathan Joseph in 2006. Even the much-derided decision to add Tank Johnson via free agency this off-season seems to have paid off. It's all coming together now and Cincinnati is clearly a top-10 defensive squad. Start them with confidence against the Raiders this week.
