Week 14: Sleepers of the Week
RB Sammy Morris, ---
FANTASY PROFILE / STATS & MORE
Sammy Morris and the New England Patriots travel to Seattle to face the Seahawks in week 14. Morris rushed for 45 yards and one touchdown on ten carries in week 13 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and should be able to build on these numbers this week against a much weaker Seattle Seahawks defense. Morris should continue to receive the majority of the carries out of the backfield (including the all important goal line carries) for the Patriots as the season moves forward. The Patriots will look to Morris to carry the load against a weak Seahawks team this week, making him a good bet to find the endzone at least once. It is also possible that the Patriots jump out to a size able lead and use Morris to wind down the clock, making him a good bet for decent yardage numbers as well. Fantasy owners can consider starting Morris as a flex option and can expect 75 total yards and one touchdown from the Patriots' starting running back.
WR Lance Moore, ---
FANTASY PROFILE / STATS & MORE
Lance Moore and the New Orleans Saints return home to face the Atlanta Falcons in week 14. Moore continued his consecutive game touchdown streak to five last week against the Buccaneers. Before his two catch, 15 yard performance against Tampa Bay, Moore had caught five touchdowns and had almost 400 receiving yards over his previous four games, including a six catch, 76 yard, one touchdown game against the same Atlanta Falcons he will match up with this week. Drew Brees should be able to get back on track by targeting Moore down the field more often this week. Fantasy owners should get Moore into their lineups and can expect five catches for 75 yards and one touchdown from the Saints' wide receiver.
