Running Backs Age 29 or Older
The average age of running backs in NFL is 27.7. The following 19 running backs will be 29 or older on opening day. Youth is a factor in long-term fantasy football performance. Older players are less valuable than normal in keeper and dynasty leagues. Older players with more than 200 rushing attempts last year could be at a higher risk for injury.
