The DFWC startups ($299) will be posted in the  Draft Lobby as well as our  NEW $75, $150, $500 and $1,000 leagues. These new leagues are independent 12 team leagues that are not part of the Dynasty World Championship.

DFWC ORPHANS are often discounted and are now ON SALE in our brand new  ORPHAN LOBBY. Some say that adopting an orphan is the best way to learn dynasty.

All leagues are Slow Drafts that are conducted online via our league software. Owners receive an email after every pick alerting them to the next team on the clock. You will have time to debate with a friend, start a twitter poll or negotiate a trade with other owners via email or chat. Trading of picks is allowed and encouraged. Please note:

WHAT IS DYNASTY? — Dynasty leagues are, without a doubt, the fastest growing segment in all of fantasy sports. ...

Dynasty leagues are, without a doubt, the fastest growing segment in all of fantasy sports. The concept is actually quite simple. Draft your startup team, compete all year and KEEP your entire team the following year. You add to your team in the off-season through an annual ROOKIE and free agent draft every year, which occurs immediately following the NFL Draft. You only have to pay your current season dues, unless you want to trade a future (next year) draft pick which requires a deposit towards the following year.

FORMAT: Teams will compete in their league of 12 through Week 14 during the regular season. The team with the best record and the team with the most points will be rewarded at that time. Then, the top 4 teams (best record, most points, next best record, next best points) will advance to both the League Playoffs and the Championship Round where LARGE CASH PRIZES will be awarded. Teams will be competing in a points shootout over those three weeks with their average weekly score from weeks 1-14 added in. A $2,000 DYNASTY KING BONUS will be awarded every year starting in Year 3 for the most points over a 3 year period. REVISED 3/10/2015 (This bonus is for total points scored weeks 1-17.)

Annual Entry Fee: $299 (Other lower options available at 75 and 150. Higher option like our 1K league is also available.)

Size of Contest: For 2026, we are accepting a maximum of 1,200 teams.

Type of Drafts: Online Slow Drafts that encourage trading of picks and players.

Time Limit Per Pick: These drafts have 4-hour per pick timer that is extended from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM ET during the overnight hours

Prize Structure: Just like our World Championship leagues, a significant portion of the prize pool is allocated to winning your league. $2,745 in prizes are awarded back to each individual league. This is an owner's main priority. Win the league. One skilled league winner will be crowned the 9th annual Dynasty Football World Champion. A Dynasty King will also be crowned. Software: All leagues will be hosted on FullTime Fantasy Sports though our fantasy football commissioner service. We tried working with several of the big name software suppliers out there, but it seemed like nobody wanted to give the players an experience full of important features. Blind bid waivers that take little to no time, A place where all your teams and all your lineups can be managed easily on Thursday night and Sunday morning. A Draft room that is second to none, which allows you to customize your cheat sheet on screen, and have it update live, marking off the players as they've been drafted. This and a whole lot more...

The DFWC is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older (19 years in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 years in Arizona and Massachusetts). By entering an DFWC contest, you are further representing and warranting that:

-- you are a citizen or resident of the United States of America or Canada and that you have an address in the United States of America or Canada;

-- at the time of contest entry, you are physically located in the United States of America or Canada in a jurisdiction in which participation in the DFWC is not prohibited by applicable law;

-- at the time of contest entry, you are not physically located in of any of the following U.S. states or Canadian Provinces: Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Vermont, Washington, Ontario;
