CONTEST TERMS OF USE - Revised July 2021
Fulltime Fantasy Sports LLC operates Fantasy Contests for Football and Baseball. The service is provided as an interactive online service (the "Service") on the World Wide Web of the Internet, and it is hosted at the following web addresses: playffwc.com and fftoolbox.fulltimefantasy.com/ffwc. As with any online service, we must establish some basic rules designed to insure enjoyment by all of our Users (as defined below).
This "Contest Terms of Use" agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of the Service. As a condition of your use of the Service, including your registration for any contests operated by the Company, you must accept this Agreement in its entirety. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review and familiarize yourself with all of the terms of this Agreement. In addition, you should review this Agreement from time-to-time for any important changes as the Company reserves the right to make changes at any time, in its sole discretion, for its own business purposes and as may be necessary to comply with applicable laws. This Agreement will always be accessible online via the "Terms of Use" link at the bottom of the home page.
General Terms For Use Of The Service:
The Service offers Users (as hereinafter defined) access to (i) information, software and content owned or licensed by the Company and some third-parties ("Content Providers"), and (ii) merchandise and services offered by the Company and independent merchants ("Merchants"). "User" means any person who establishes an authorized account ("Account") for access to and use of the Service. The right to use the Service is personal to the User and a User's Account is not transferable. A User must be an individual who is of legal age (usually eighteen (18) years of age or older, although the laws of some jurisdictions may require Users to be older than eighteen (18)) and may not be a firm, business entity or institution. A User may permit use of the Service by other individuals in User's household, but the User remains solely responsible for all charges, if any, incurred by such individuals. By registering as a User and using the Service and any Company website, you accept and agree to comply with this Agreement, as modified from time-to-time, as well as all rules or policies posted in connection with products, including contests, offered by the Company ("Rules"), for as long as you remain a User. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or in applicable Rules, no portion of any information, content or software which is accessed by using the Service or accessing any Company website, other than information, content and software necessary for the operation of the User's Account (which shall be used solely in connection with User's Account) may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, redistributed, retransmitted, published, resold or otherwise commercially exploited by any User.
Eligibility; Registration
FullTime Fantasy Sports is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence, 21 for example in Massachusetts) and are a resident of the United States of America or Canada. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residents of ARIZONA, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, INDIANA, IOWA, OHIO, LOUISIANA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, MONTANA, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, VERMONT, VIRGINIA & QUEBEC CANADA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. or play in FullTime Fantasy Sports leagues. All registrations must be in the full legal name of the primary team owner, though owners will have the option to add a co-manager(s).
Prohibited Players
The following persons are explicitly prohibited from playing in FullTime Fantasy Sports:
To participate in any FullTime Fantasy Sports leagues or contests, you must register and create a player account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete personal information when prompted during account creation. You also agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current and complete. At its sole discretion, FullTime Fantasy Sports can terminate any account which it deems to have inaccurate, not current or incomplete information.
Only one FullTime Fantasy Sports player account per individual is allowed to be opened, maintained and controlled. In the event FullTime Fantasy Sports determines that an individual has opened, maintained and controlled more than one account, FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to terminate any or all of accounts associated with that individual. FullTime Fantasy Sports also reserves the right to terminate, withhold or revoke the awarding of any prizes in each of those accounts.
If FullTime Fantasy Sports discovers that any of the prohibited individuals above are found to have registered or entered any FullTime Fantasy Sports leagues or contests, their account will immediately be closed and that individual will be disqualified from any league or contest that they have joined.
Official Rules
Registration for, and continued participation in, FullTime Fantasy Sports constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and to FullTime Fantasy Sports decisions relating thereto. FullTime Fantasy Sports decisions in regards to these Official Rules and all matters pertaining to FullTime Fantasy Sports contests are final and binding.
Awarding of Prizes
Fulltime Fantasy Sports LLC contests arising therefrom and related thereto (collectively, the "Contests") are void where prohibited.
Fulltime Fantasy Sports and its managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, successors and assigns (collectively, "FFS") may decline eligibility to any participant at its sole discretion. FFS is not responsible for any loss or liability incurred by any participant or co-manager denied eligibility, including but not limited to travel expenses, hotel expenses, time taken off from employment, etc.
In addition, the following groups of persons are not eligible to win prizes in the Contests: employees and agents of Fulltime Fantasy Sports LLC , (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, other prize sponsors (all the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Contest Entities"), and immediate family members.
Please note that even if your fantasy team is listed in a prize-winning position in the Standings for your League as of the close of the Contest, you have not yet won a prize. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize will be awarded. In addition, you MUST provide valid contact information during the registration process to be considered for a prize. A participant who finishes in a prize-winning position in his/her League but who has not provided valid registration information will be deemed ineligible, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant in the League's final standings using the same process described above. If there are no further eligible participants remaining in the League, the prize(s) will not be awarded.
Winners will be paid via check or such other means as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion.
Taxes
Each User that has won $600 or more during the previous calendar year must provide certain information (social security number, current and accurate address) to the Company. This information will allow the Company to comply with tax regulations and may be shared with appropriate tax authorities. You are solely responsible for filing and paying applicable Federal and state taxes on any winnings. Fulltime Fantasy Sports does not provide tax advice, nor should any statements in this agreement be construed as tax advice.
Refunds
Once a participant submits valid payment, no money will be refunded unless the FullTime Fantasy Sports event for which such participant has registered has been canceled. A team spot is considered filled when the entire entry fee is paid. FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to cancel any entries which are not part of a full league. In addition, FullTime Fantasy Sports retains the right to deny, at its sole discretion, eligibility of any individual to register for any FullTime Fantasy Sports game or event and/or participate in any FullTime Fantasy Sports game or event, even after the registration fee has been paid, but in such case, the entry fee will be refunded. Under no condition shall FullTime Fantasy Sports be held responsible for any loss or liability related to any expenses incurred by a denied entrant or any person affiliated with that denied entrant. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that any participant or co-manager is banned from FullTime Fantasy Sports as the result of any violation of the Official Rules, then no refund will be given.
Cancellation
At its sole discretion, FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to terminate any FullTime Fantasy Sports game, event or league at any time prior to the completion of the season due to any acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, change in applicable law, interruption of the season (including strikes, lockouts and/or use of replacement players), or any other situation beyond the control of FullTime Fantasy Sports. In the event of any such termination by FullTime Fantasy Sports, all entry fees will be refunded, with the exception of any live event fees (if such live event has already occurred).
At its sole discretion, FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to terminate any FullTime Fantasy Sports game, event or if there are an insufficient number of teams prior to the scheduled start of the league. In this unlikely event, FullTime Fantasy Sports will refund all entry fees within 48 hours of cancellation notice and/or provide a new application form with the newly stated prize figures. In this situation, all pre-registered applicants have the right to a full refund or to agree to play for the newly announced prize structure. FullTime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any loss or liability incurred by any participant or co-managers due to cancellation of any FullTime Fantasy Sports game, event or league, including but not limited to travel or hotel expenses, time taken off from employment, etc.
Changes:
The Company reserves the right, at any time, to (i) change the terms of this Agreement and/or any Rules, (ii) change the Service, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Service, changing the terms of eligibility, restricting the hours of availability, or limiting the amount of use permitted by the User, or (iii) change any fees or charges for use of the Service, including instituting new or increased fees or charges for the use of the Service or any features, contests, products or services offered through use of the Service. Users will be given prior notice (via either postings on the Company's website or emails to Users) before any increase in existing fees or charges will become effective. All other changes shall be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Any use of the Service under a User's Account after notice of changes in fees and/or charges shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the User of the changes in those fees and/or charges.
Code of Conduct
All participants and co-managers are expected to behave in lawful, respectful and sportsman-like fashion at all live draft events, throughout the FullTime Fantasy Sports season, and during use of any FullTime Fantasy Sports website, including, but not limited to comments posted on any FullTime Fantasy Sports message board. Additionally the FullTime Fantasy Sports events, games and/or leagues may not be used for any form of gambling. Any conduct or message board post by a participant, co-manager or other person which is deemed by FullTime Fantasy Sports, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, or to have the effect of intimidating, harassing, offending or otherwise harming any other participant, co-manager, guest, or FullTime Fantasy Sports representative, is strictly prohibited. FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion to ban any person from current and/or future participation in FullTime Fantasy Sports and/or from use of the message boards if such person engages in any such prohibited conduct or is otherwise in violation of any of these Rules. In addition, any person engaging in such conduct forfeits any rights to a refund, as well as any potential rights to a prize award. FullTime Fantasy Sports shall not be responsible or held liable to any person for damage to property or personal injury or death arising from the acts or omissions of any third parties. Any participants or co-managers who collude, or attempt to collude, or who attempts to blackmail, bribe or otherwise influence any representative of FullTime Fantasy Sports, or who otherwise attempts to sabotage the league, in an effort to alter the results or outcome of any FullTime Fantasy Sports game will be disqualified and will be prohibited from winning any prize award. If a participant is banned from participation in a current FullTime Fantasy Sports game, then FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right, to take those actions which it sees fit, in its sole discretion with respect to such banned participant’s team. Any criminal behavior may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Errors
The deadline for submitting any dispute or claim regarding the operation of any league draft is one hour after the conclusion of the draft itself; further, leaving any live draft event without submitting any dispute or claim regarding the draft constitutes your waiver of any right to challenge any aspect of the draft. Do not use the chat feature to file a claim. Email Support@fftoolbox.com We will investigate all claims of error and provide swift resolution to any and all concerns.
You are strongly urged to double-check your lineups, trades, and free agent moves throughout the season, as FullTime Fantasy Sports will not be held liable for any errors in entering lineups, trades or free agent moves, and FullTime Fantasy Sports will not intervene or alter a transaction after lineups, trades or free agent moves are due.
The deadline for reporting errors in weekly scoring is kickoff of the following week’s games or no more than 96 hours after the final game is played for the week and must be received via email to Support@fftoolbox.com We will investigate all claims of error and provide swift resolution to any and all concerns.
Prize Splitting
Prize splitting amongst the principal registrant and co-managers is available, provided that the principal registrant has authorized payment to his co-managers via the official prize request form. In order to authorize prize-splitting, the principal registrant must completely fill out and sign the authorization form designated by FullTime Fantasy Sports (including the email address of the co-manager(s) and the applicable prize percentage to be paid to each co-manager(s)). Both the principal registrant and each co-manager designated on a prize-splitting form will be required to fill out a W-9 and go through FullTime Fantasy Sports identity verification process. No prize money will be distributed until all necessary forms have been received by FullTime Fantasy Sports. Both the principal registrant and the co-manager(s) will receive IRS Form 1099 reflecting the prize money paid to each. If FullTime Fantasy Sports deems, in its sole discretion, that the appropriate documentation and/or authorization has not been received, or has not been received in a timely fashion, then FullTime Fantasy Sports will pay prize payments only to the principal registrant.
Communication and Access
All FullTime Fantasy Sports team owners must have internet access and a valid e-mail address for communication. FullTime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any issues which impede or interfere with the transmission or receipt of any transaction, including but not limited to, draft selections, trades, free agent moves and lineups. FullTime Fantasy Sports is also not responsible for the failure of any telephone networks/lines, internet connections, software/hardware, or internet congestion/transmission rates.
Hold Harmless
Each participant and co-owner hereby releases and holds harmless FullTime Fantasy Sports and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person (including death) and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in any FullTime Fantasy Sports event, game or league, as well as acceptance or use of any prize award.
Disputes; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer
Each participant and co-owner agrees that (i) all issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations in connection with the FullTime Fantasy Sports shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; and (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with FullTime Fantasy Sports or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Las Vegas, NV; and (iii) in no event shall FullTime Fantasy Sports liability to you for any and all damages, losses or causes of action exceed $250; and (iv) in no event shall FullTime Fantasy Sports, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, be liable for any punitive, incidental and consequential damages. If your jurisdiction does not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the above may not apply to you. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EACH FULLTIME FANTASY SPORTS GAME, EVENT, LEAGUE, WEBSITE, AND BULLETIN BOARD/FORUM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

- Any member, officer, employee or agent of FullTime Fantasy Sports
- Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of abode of any member, officer, employee or agent of FullTime Fantasy Sports
- Any owner or employee of an operator of a fantasy sports website offering paid contests, or any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of abode of such an owner or employee
- Any individual with access to non-public confidential information about FullTime Fantasy Sports leagues and contests.
- Any amateur or professional athlete whose performance may be used to determine the outcome of a FullTime Fantasy Sports league and contest.
- Any sports agent, team employee, referee, or league official associated with the National Football Leagues or any other sport or athletic event on which FullTime Fantasy Sports leagues and contests are based.
- Any minors under the age of 18

- Prizes deemed “cash” may be used for entry into future contests or withdrawn from your player account at any time by visiting your individual player dashboard, clicking “withdraw” and completing a prize request.
- Prizes deemed “tickets” are used for entry into future contests and can be found on your individual player dashboard under "Tickets". Tickets may or may not have various cash values associated with them. Those that do are indicated by “CV” and an accompanying dollar amount and may be redeemed as cash at time of award by visiting your individual player dashboard and clicking “cash out”.
- Prizes deemed “game credits” have zero cash value and are only redeemable for future fantasy contests if they exist and if the user is eligible to participate at time of contest entry. Game credits are not transferable.
- Prizes deemed “free membership” have zero cash value and are only redeemable for access to premium fantasy content on FullTime Fantasy Sports.com.
Taxes

Code of Conduct
All participants and co-managers are expected to behave in lawful, respectful and sportsman-like fashion at all live draft events, throughout the FullTime Fantasy Sports season, and during use of any FullTime Fantasy Sports website, including, but not limited to comments posted on any FullTime Fantasy Sports message board. Additionally the FullTime Fantasy Sports events, games and/or leagues may not be used for any form of gambling. Any conduct or message board post by a participant, co-manager or other person which is deemed by FullTime Fantasy Sports, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, or to have the effect of intimidating, harassing, offending or otherwise harming any other participant, co-manager, guest, or FullTime Fantasy Sports representative, is strictly prohibited. FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion to ban any person from current and/or future participation in FullTime Fantasy Sports and/or from use of the message boards if such person engages in any such prohibited conduct or is otherwise in violation of any of these Rules. In addition, any person engaging in such conduct forfeits any rights to a refund, as well as any potential rights to a prize award. FullTime Fantasy Sports shall not be responsible or held liable to any person for damage to property or personal injury or death arising from the acts or omissions of any third parties. Any participants or co-managers who collude, or attempt to collude, or who attempts to blackmail, bribe or otherwise influence any representative of FullTime Fantasy Sports, or who otherwise attempts to sabotage the league, in an effort to alter the results or outcome of any FullTime Fantasy Sports game will be disqualified and will be prohibited from winning any prize award. If a participant is banned from participation in a current FullTime Fantasy Sports game, then FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right, to take those actions which it sees fit, in its sole discretion with respect to such banned participant’s team. Any criminal behavior may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Errors
The deadline for submitting any dispute or claim regarding the operation of any league draft is one hour after the conclusion of the draft itself; further, leaving any live draft event without submitting any dispute or claim regarding the draft constitutes your waiver of any right to challenge any aspect of the draft. Do not use the chat feature to file a claim. Email Support@fftoolbox.com We will investigate all claims of error and provide swift resolution to any and all concerns.
You are strongly urged to double-check your lineups, trades, and free agent moves throughout the season, as FullTime Fantasy Sports will not be held liable for any errors in entering lineups, trades or free agent moves, and FullTime Fantasy Sports will not intervene or alter a transaction after lineups, trades or free agent moves are due.
The deadline for reporting errors in weekly scoring is kickoff of the following week’s games or no more than 96 hours after the final game is played for the week and must be received via email to Support@fftoolbox.com We will investigate all claims of error and provide swift resolution to any and all concerns.
Prize Splitting
Prize splitting amongst the principal registrant and co-managers is available, provided that the principal registrant has authorized payment to his co-managers via the official prize request form. In order to authorize prize-splitting, the principal registrant must completely fill out and sign the authorization form designated by FullTime Fantasy Sports (including the email address of the co-manager(s) and the applicable prize percentage to be paid to each co-manager(s)). Both the principal registrant and each co-manager designated on a prize-splitting form will be required to fill out a W-9 and go through FullTime Fantasy Sports identity verification process. No prize money will be distributed until all necessary forms have been received by FullTime Fantasy Sports. Both the principal registrant and the co-manager(s) will receive IRS Form 1099 reflecting the prize money paid to each. If FullTime Fantasy Sports deems, in its sole discretion, that the appropriate documentation and/or authorization has not been received, or has not been received in a timely fashion, then FullTime Fantasy Sports will pay prize payments only to the principal registrant.
Communication and Access
All FullTime Fantasy Sports team owners must have internet access and a valid e-mail address for communication. FullTime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any issues which impede or interfere with the transmission or receipt of any transaction, including but not limited to, draft selections, trades, free agent moves and lineups. FullTime Fantasy Sports is also not responsible for the failure of any telephone networks/lines, internet connections, software/hardware, or internet congestion/transmission rates.
Hold Harmless
Each participant and co-owner hereby releases and holds harmless FullTime Fantasy Sports and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person (including death) and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in any FullTime Fantasy Sports event, game or league, as well as acceptance or use of any prize award.
Disputes; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer
Each participant and co-owner agrees that (i) all issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations in connection with the FullTime Fantasy Sports shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; and (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with FullTime Fantasy Sports or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Las Vegas, NV; and (iii) in no event shall FullTime Fantasy Sports liability to you for any and all damages, losses or causes of action exceed $250; and (iv) in no event shall FullTime Fantasy Sports, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, be liable for any punitive, incidental and consequential damages. If your jurisdiction does not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the above may not apply to you. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EACH FULLTIME FANTASY SPORTS GAME, EVENT, LEAGUE, WEBSITE, AND BULLETIN BOARD/FORUM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
