These game predictions do not reflect the opinion of FFToolbox.com but just a solo fantasy writer who will still has his preseason Super Bowl winner alive in Green Bay and will just try to forget that he jumped on the Patriots bandwagon when the postseason began...As a reminder, email any questions, be it about keepers, 2011 fantasy questions or what is up with my Redskins to podcast@fftoolbox.com or send tweets to @benstandig. Home Team in CAPS

Last week: Straight (2-0), Spread (1-1); Overall: Straight (146-103), Spread (121-125-3)

Those who listened to this week's podcast already know my take on this year's big game involving a Steel City team, but here goes...The Washington Capitals storm out of the gate with two early goals by Alexander Ovechkin and John Carlson and knock off the Pittsburgh Penquins 4-3...OK, fine, it's pigskin time...

Green Bay 24 (-3) Pittsburgh 20: For their first time in many years, perhaps since John Elway won his second Super Bowl over Atlanta, I do not have any angst in the game. To some degree, I'm fine with either of these teams winning due to much respect for the organizations from head to toe, especially when it comes to acquiring talent. But the goal is to go out on a limb, so here goes...Aaron Rodgers gets off to a hot start with a touchdown pass to Donald Driver and setting up a Mason Crosby boot for a 10-0 lead. After a Rashard Mendenhall one-yard score, Rodgers goes back on top and finds Jordy Nelson for a 38-yard touchdown rope. Rodgers misses on only three throws and posts 170 of his 264 yards while Clay Matthews racks up 1.5 sacks as the Packers lead 17-7 at the half

Coming out of the locker room the Steel Curtain starts to ramp up their efforts with Ziggy Hood and Ryan Clark forcing turnovers. Big Ben does the same, pulling the Steelers to within three points after a touchdown pass strike to Hines Ward as the Terrible Towels are in full visual effect. But the Super Bowl MVP Rodgers runs one in for the cheese head's final touchdown and Nelson's clutch grabs move the chains. Charles Woodson gets the Steelers QB when it's needed most and in the end the Packers fend off Roethlisberger and the Steelers..Take that Brett Favre!
