Devin Hester was a chic pick in the later rounds of fantasy drafts this season, but unless your league counts return yards, he can be sent back to the waiver list. The Pro Bowl returner saw action on only 21 of 61 offensive plays in Week 1 and was not targeted down the field in that time. Hester will make the highlight films catching a pass at some point, but it does not look like it will be on a consistent enough basis for fantasy owners.
