After being non-productive and sitting several weeks, Ahman Green finally returned to limited practice for Houston today. Green has been sidelined with a recurring knee issue that has caused him to miss several weeks of hard practice and games. Ron Dayne has been somewhat effective for Houston in Green's stead. I would not expect Green to play this week, but he could potentially play in coming weeks if he continues to have positive rehabilitation. Green's knee injury is one that will continue to nag him until he gets proper rest, which means full rest post-season, so even if he returns, his productivity will be questionable at best. Look for Dayne to continue to carry the load for Houston. Dayne has not scored a TD in a few weeks since he had a great 122 yard 1 TD performance, but he can always be a threat.
