The Dolphins may have no choice but to activate Williams unless they are willing to let him become a free agent. Jesse Chatman has been impressive in his two starts since Ronnie Brown was placed on the injured-reserved list and seems likely to finish out the year as the starting running back. Williams' only fantasy value this season would be in keeper or very deep leagues.
